This evening I attempted to generate a bi-colour image of NGC 7000 from the hydrogen alpha and O-III data. There are a number of websites explaining this processing method, but all seem to imply that the user is a whizz at Photoshop! After a couple of hours I managed to process a coloured image. It's not great, but then I knew the O-III data from the other night wasn't optimal. If I have time I might give it another go, but process the hydrogen alpha data a little more prior to generating the bi-colour image.
Nevertheless, it can only get better!
